Treasury Timeline Events

Fall 2026 Semester

September 10th, 2026

Meet The Treasurer

Meet the Treasurer Night gives students a chance to ask funding questions, understand the budget process, and get direct guidance on how to request money from SGA.

September 14th - 21st, 2026

Daily BFC Meetings

For two weeks, the Budget and Finance Committee meets every weekday from 17h - 19h so that budget requests get approved faster for the beginning of the semester.

October 21st, 2026

Midterm Check-In

The Midterm Check-In gives students and club leaders a chance to review their spending progress, clarify remaining funding needs, ask questions, and stay on track before the second half of the semester. ANY RECEIPTS INCURRED UP TO THIS POINT MUST BE TURNED IN TO THE SGA TREASURER.

November 2nd - 6th, 2026

Daily BFC Meetings

For one week, the Budget and Finance Committee meets every weekday from 17h - 19h so that budget requests get approved faster for the ending of the semester.

November 23rd, 2026

Final Check-In

The Final Check-In gives students and club leaders the chance to review their spending progress, clarify remaining funding needs, ask questions, and stay on track before the end of the semester. ANY RECEIPTS INCURRED UP TO THIS POINT MUST BE TURNED IN TO THE SGA TREASURER.

December 7th, 2026

Receipt Deadline

The Receipt Collection Deadline is the final date for students and club leaders to submit receipts, reimbursement materials, and spending documentation so Treasury can process records accurately and close funding requests on time.

Spring 2027 Semester

January 29th, 2027
